If a match is cancelled or does not conclude within the specified time, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. For live matches, the result is considered final once at least 90 minutes of play have been completed.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

2999det's bonus offers are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on the first deposit. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Each promotion has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the promotion expires.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Fraud: Claiming bonuses or benefits using false information.
• Hacking or System Damage: Attempting unauthorized access to 2999det's systems or another user's account.

Violations of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

2999det may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failing to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious transactions or financial activity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• To comply with the directives of the regulatory authority.

2999det will generally notify a user before closing their account; however, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded, excluding any bonus balance.
